LBSR Offers and Provides the finest spaces that caters to all kinds of occasions from private events, weddings, quinceañeras, and more.
We are film friendly, and all building locations are available. Our parking lot is ideal for a base camp if your production is filming in the area. Our event coordinator will return your inquiry within three hours by email.

The Ballroom
Our ballroom can accommodate 350 people for dining. This space includes a stage, and a dance floor. Work with our team of event coordinators to craft your perfect event.
Theater
The Ernest Borgnine Theater is the only medium sized theater in southern California. It is perfect for full theatrical productions, concerts, chiors, and dance recitals. The main floor consists of 350 seats with 450 seats in the mezzine. The theater has a 32 channel digital sound system and full stage lighting.
The Lounge
The lounge can accomodate 40 and is perfect for more intamite events like a bridal shower or tea party. It comes with it's own attached restroom and powder room. Which is why, it also doubles as our Quinceanera/ Bridal Suite
Presidents Room
The presidents room Is large enough to accomedate 70-100 people in a seating environment for meetings or in some cases a dressing room and concession area.
